The Hello Yebo! experience is a partnership between award-winning Immersion Journeys, an expert in luxury travel with long experience in Africa, and Southern Visions Travel – renowned for their cycling and culinary programs in Southern Italy. Each company brings their expertise to the program which includes an all- star team consisting of a former cycling professional, a gourmet chef, wine experts and those who have either lived or worked extensively in southern Africa and know the region inside and out.
All put together, they conjure up unforgettable experiences for their guests.

Award winning Immersion Journeys was built on the foundation that every traveler experiences the destination. Their emphasis is to ensure that the experience remains authentic – it should be as close to a coming home for you as it would be for us. Immersion Journeys was founded by Rumit Mehta. Born in Kenya and raised in Tanzania, his love for Africa still remains in his blood despite living in the US and the “urban jungles” of New York City! Rumit grew up leading safaris for friends and colleagues & still occasionally ventures into the bush showing off his wildlife spotting skills. An avid thrill seeker, Rumit plays a pivotal role in developing and designing itineraries for soft-adventure clients using his acute knowledge of South Africa and the sophisticated luxury it offers.
Southern Visions Travel offers well researched and implemented immersive journeys into the cultures of Southern Italy and beyond. They offer a range of cycling journeys from casual self guided to the pillar of guided luxury. The walking trips are led by the most talented and informative guides in natural, art, and cultural history and their food and wine programs take you to wineries and introduce you to foods and food preparation no other company can offer. Southern Visions is owned by Antonello Losito- a native of Puglia (Italy) who retired as a highly ranked professional mountain biker. Antonello’s passion is in sharing the regional culture with other travelers and show them around the region. He plays an important role in designing cycling tours in South Africa therefore giving the Hello Yebo! client a “total immersion experience” from a very local perspective.
